Since its inception in 1999, Sahaya has raised nearly 1.2 million dollars. Many thanks to all our generous donors and dedicated volunteers!

As Sahaya is 100% volunteer-run, we have no salary expenses. Our low 4% overhead expenses are fully covered by specific donations by our directors and income from sources such as Goodsearch. IMPROVING CHILDREN'S HEALTH IN INDIA

October 20, 2011

Sahaya International is proud and thrilled to launch a new partner project with One Day's Wages to help our efforts to bring about positive change in India.
ODW will match the $4,600 raised by this campaign for a total grant of $9,200. By supporting this project, Sahaya will be able to bring improved health care and health education to children living in the rural area of our partner NGO READ south India.

This partnership will help bring improved health care and health awareness to more than 600 children who are a part of our 2 kindergarten/elementary schools, Sahaya's orphan sponsorship program and a vocational training program.
