Our vision:

"To pave the way for socio- economic empowerment of the marginalized in rural and urban communities through collective actions and to also enable them to develop individual and community potential for creating a humanitarian society".

Our Mission:

"To empower the economically poor and marginalized women in society through forming and strengthening community-based organizations and to institute capacity-building measures."

Our objectives:

  • To promote the interest and welfare of the socially, educationally and economically vulnerable populations in collaboration with the State and Central government.
  • To give, provide and/or render help and assistance and provide new livelihood options for the poor and/or implement any scheme to uplift the poor.
  • To create awareness among women about their vital role and importance in the socio-economic development of society; about their rights for holistic empowerment in socio-economic spheres; about women development programs through training of their Sangams; about women self-help groups, small savings, credit management and womens cooperatives, health care programs for women and children
  • To educate the people on the manner by which HIV/AIDS is spread and to take steps to control and prevent the same. Also to provide care and support activities to HIV/AIDS infected people including children.
  • To undertake health programs - specifically reproductive and child health program - for the deprived populations.
  • To help unemployed young women in all possible ways in order to make them self reliant and self supportive by providing job oriented education and job training. training. This also would include entrepreneurship training and a development programto promote the entrepreneurs.
  • To mobilize resources from State and Central governments to help poor and marginalized people and to promote the interests of the Government in targeted groups.
  • To bring waste lands under cultivation whenever possible in order to maintain self-sufficiency and to provide employment to the landless laborers.
  • To train youth and women in the field of national reconstruction, energy development, environmental protection and cleanliness and health.
  • To promote organic cultivation and bio agriculture production, marketing and dissemination activities to bring sustainable agriculture development to urban and rural communities.
