Inauguration of READ's Community Resource Center On Friday March 19, READ's Community Resource Center was officially inaugurated in the presence of Mr. Tomonori Minowa, Consul of Japan (Consulate General of Japan, Chennai). We are extremely thankful for the support of the Japanese Government for their support to READ's programs.
